What type/make of casket works best for a CasketWrap?

We suggest choosing a casket that has a smooth surface such as metal or fiberglass (stay away from wood and other porous materials) with squared edges and hard corners with end caps. Also be sure to double check that the casket has removable hardware such as the handles, end caps and the lug.

Can I get a trademarked/licensed design for my CasketWrap?

While specific trademarked logos are off limits, our Design Team is still available to recreate the same overall theme/colors/feel of the specific brand - but all within the legal limits. We are also on hand to help source purchasing supplemental decals from online Authorized Distributors to help finish the look.

Can I purchase a CasketWrap if I am not a Funeral Home?

CasketWraps is a trade-service provider, which means that you can only order a CasketWrap as a licensed Funeral Home or funeral professional. This just helps to eliminate any confusion and ensures a smooth and easy process. Be sure to talk with your Funeral Director if you are interested in having a CasketWrap for your loved ones services.

How quickly can I receive my CasketWrap?

Pre-designed CasketWraps can be shipped out within 24 hours of purchase. If you are interested in getting a Custom CasketWrap, however, we do ask that you allow 48-72 hours for the design process. If you are not sure if you can receive a CasketWrap prior to your services, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will see how we can help.

I want to include photos in my design, what types of photos do you need?

Most iPhone photos will work. Ideally, we would need a JPG/PNG/TIFF file that is over 1MB.

Do you ship internationally?

For all international orders outside of the United States and Canada, we ask that you contact our office during standard business hours to determine if the shipment method will meet the timing of your memorial.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final and no returns or exchanges will be accepted. However, at CasketWraps.com, we stand behind our products and service, and your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If there is an error, or quality issue with your product please contact us immediately at info@162.255.160.148. We may offer refunds, at our sole discretion, on purchases communicated within 48 hours of receiving.

Please note, any customization to your casket including but not limited to the text fields or submitted information, will be printed exactly as it is inserted into the forms or uploaded. Any spelling, grammar, incorrect phrases, copyrighted material, etc., provided by the customer are not eligible for returns.

The determination of condition is at the sole discretion of CasketWraps.com. Customers must contact our corporate office before returning any purchase, and receive approval from CasketWraps to return the product. Customers will waive their right for return for any reason if the proper approval process is not followed in advance.

What are your business hours?

Our CasketWrap Corporate Sales office is open from 8 am-5 pm, Monday-Friday excluding major holidays. If you contact us regarding your order outside of those hours, we will return your call or email on the following business day.

How long does shipping take?

All orders ship UPS in the United States, and can offer various shipment options including overnight, 2-day, 3-day and ground shipping based on the appropriate amount of time for your memorial. The Shipping method will be selected and purchased at the time of checkout. Please be sure to select the best shipment method based on your timeframe.

All shipments will be sent from our corporate office, located in Morgantown, WV, to best determine the appropriate turnaround time from this location.

**Please note, that you must select the appropriate shipment method that corresponds with your arrangements, while keeping in mind that your desired installer and funeral director will need a day to prepare and install your casket. Any CasketWrap order that arrives too close to the funeral arrangements run the risk of not getting installed. We advise you to consult your funeral home director to properly coordinate all aspects of your delivery schedule.
